Raise Leadership in Project Management and Promote High Efficiency of Project Progress

To ensure the smooth proceeding of various in-progress projects of Zhenghai Bio-tech, raise the project principals' management ability in project progress, further enhance the company's talent team construction, and better satisfy the company's development demands, during March 22 to 23, the company invited Xu Hongbo the senior lecturer in the field of project management again, to provide personnel engaged in the R&D system and from various departments with the 2-day training themed by How to Raise Leadership in Project Management. During the training, Xu led trainees to review the core knowledge of project management, and started in-depth analyses with project manager's role and duties, project manager's three skills, five levels of employees' self-management and conflict management during the project process; courses were designed via combining practical theories & tools (e.g. the monkey theory, DISC model, balance wheel of project management works) with interactive games and scenario simulation, and the training outcome won unanimous praise from over 40 trainees.
It was an advanced training pertinent to project management and aimed at raising leadership. Trainees realized the comprehensive updating and improvement in their thoughts & concepts of project management and thinking modes of leadership, thus laying a solid foundation for the company's deepening of project management and advancing of project progress in 2018.
