Recently, 5 postgraduates led by Xu Jialin the Associate Professor of College of Life and Health Sciences, Northeastern University, visited Zhenghai Bio-tech and exchanged opinions. The delegation led by Professor Xu visited the company's exhibition hall firstly, acquiring a preliminary understanding of the company's development history, launched products, R&D direction, quality management, etc. Afterwards, the company's professionals engaged in human resource and R&D conducted further exchange with the delegation led by Professor Xu, who introduced the company's cultural system, talent cultivation & incentive system, product R&D layout, industry foresight, etc. Professor Xu introduced the disciplinary advantages and scientific research directions in the College of Life and Health Sciences, Northeastern University. Both parties carried out in-depth exchanges on topics of the high-end talent cultivation, and the university-enterprise cooperation in which scientific researches were combined with talent cultivation under the new circumstance.
